I volunteer as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Business Mentor at Launch22 in Liverpool. Read my profile on their site here.

When Launch22 approached me and told me what they’re doing, I instantly wanted to get involved. I’m really excited to be part of something so positive which I believe will help to transform Liverpool and create a culture of fertile ground for startups and budding new entrepreneurs.

They say that the biggest mistake you can make in business is never giving it a go in the first place, and with Launch22 we can help people take that brave first (and second, and third) step into the world of running your own business. It can be daunting in the early days, especially with so many unknowns and seemingly nowhere to go for good advice, and Launch22 provide an excellent space which enables people not only to move out of the potential isolation of starting and running a business from your kitchen table, but also to meet and network with new contacts from a wide range of sectors with a huge pool of experience and skills to assist.
